By using the Service, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Chessed for Everyone, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

– Any injury or damage resulting from the actions or omissions of volunteers or individuals receiving assistance.
– Any disputes or disagreements between volunteers and organizations or individuals.
– Any loss or damage to personal property.
